• Twitter (TWTR) up 2% after the Wall Street Journal reported that the company has had preliminary talks about a potential combination with TikTok in the U.S.
• Simon Property (SPG) up 5% after news that the company has been in talks with Amazon (AMZN) to turn some of its anchor department-store spaces into Amazon fulfillment centers, according to the Wall Street Journal
